1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At BGB, we provide FREE Standard delivery to any Canadian Orders with minimum $75 CAD purchase (before tax - if taxes are applicable). However, do note that we do not deliver to military and restricted areas, all naval ports.

On the front, we deliver to most countries that our logistics partners have affiliates in and whilst we strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting the items to you quickly, promptly and safely. For a list of countries that we deliver to and our charges, you may select your item and proceed to the check out page as charges are based on weight & volume. Upon entering your delivery details, we will auto calculate the delivery charges based on your given address without the need for payment or registration.

Please double check all shipping information before submitting your order. Your order will be delayed if we have to contact you to update incorrect information.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice may be left by the postal service advising where your delivery can be collected.

We will not re-ship packages returned for wrong or incomplete addresses and customer unavailability.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. BGB does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days (excluding Pre-Orders and unless noted otherwise in product description)  upon confirmation of payment. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

PROCESSING TIME

Processing time takes approximately 24-48 hours. If your item is under "Pre-Order," we will notify you when your order has reached BGB and is ready to be processed. If you placed an order with multiple items and one of them is a "Pre-Order," then we will ship your items separately and the pre-ordered item will be sent out with complimentary standard shipping. If you have multiple Pre-Ordered items, we will wait until all the items are ready prior to shipping them out. 

Local Deliveries

There are 2 delivery options available for customer, Standard and Express courier.

Standard Courier – is FREE for all Canadian Orders over $75 and it takes approximately 2-12 working days to reach you after your order has been dispatched.

Orders under CAD $75 would be charged a $9.00 flat rate shipping fee and takes approximately 2-12 working days to reach you after your order has been dispatched.

Express Courier – is available with a flat rate of $18 and takes approximately 3 working days to reach you from the time of order.

Orders over 10 lbs - Any order over would be charged $25 Flat Rate Express Shipping.

Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner, with your 9-digit Order Number starting with "BG."  There will be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

U.S. Deliveries

There are 2 delivery options available for customer, Standard and Express courier.

Standard Courier – is FREE for all US Orders over CAD $100  and it takes approximately 6-12 working days to reach you from the time of order.

Orders under CAD $100  would be charged a $12  flat rate shipping fee and takes approximately 6-12 working days to reach you after the 

Express Courier – is available with a flat rate of $22 and takes approximately 3 working days to reach you from the time of order.

For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates. 

International Deliveries

Here are 2 delivery options available for customer, Standard and Express courier.

Standard Courier – is FREE for all International Orders over CAD $100  and it takes approximately 6-15 working days to reach you from the time of order.

Orders under CAD $100  would be charged a $14.75  flat rate shipping fee and takes approximately 6-15 working days to reach you after the 

Express Courier – There is no flat rate available. You are welcome to contact us via. live chat or email: Hello@Bettyglamboutique.com to provide us with your address / postal code and we can look into Express Shipping rates and methods for you.

3. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS

For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.

4. MODE OF PAYMENTS
