Clothing Rental - FAQS
Is your Clothing Rental service available worldwide?
- As of right now, our rental program is only available CANADA WIDE - through Canada Post.
However, we ship worldwide for any item purchased at full price.
What does the rental fee cover?
The rental fee covers the cost of shipping / return shipping and dry clean.
What are your rental periods?
Each rental is for a duration of 4 or 8 days. Select your rental period within the shopping cart and then select your 'delivery date' when placing your order. We will ship your dress the next business day!
*Please note we do not ship on weekends and if you place an order on Friday your clothing rental duration will begin on Monday and will be shipped to you on Monday.
How long will it take to delivery my clothing rental?
Depending on your location and time you place the order, standard delivery time is 1-3 business days for sizes and items we have in stock. Once you place your order, we will process and package your rental item to be shipped out next business day.
Please check product description - some sizes and styles may take longer to arrive.
*If you place your order on the weekend or a public holiday, your rental will be processed the next business day (unless noted otherwise in product description).
Do you have same day delivery?
No, as of right now - we do offer same day delivery.
Do I need to be at home to receive my dress rental?
Yes, as a signature will be required. If you are not home to receive your dress rental Canada Post will send to your nearest Post Office for pickup. We suggest providing an address where someone will be able to sign or you can mail it to your work address.

What if my rental duration ends on a weekend or public holiday?
No problem! Place the prepaid envelope in your nearest Mail Box on your specified Return Date. We will receive it the next business day.
How do I return my clothing rental?
It's easy peasy! Simply return your items in our pre-paid envelopes. Drop it off at your nearest Canada Post office or mailbox.
What if I end up loving my rental item ?!
Hurray - it's a match made in Heaven!
Let us know and it's yours for 50% off retail.
When will I receive my refund for the security deposit?
Once we have received your return and have inspected the condition of the item, we will refund your security deposit (including taxes for security deposit) within 1-2 business days.
How will I know if the item will fit me?
Each clothing style will either have a size chart or a size guide for that particular item. Prior to placing your order, please refer to the measurements provided under each product description.
We also have a "Try Me" option for $30.
Please note, we always have fully refundable security deposit

How does the 'Try Me' service work?
If you would like to ensure the fit before your event the 'Try Me' option is perfect for you! Just pick the item that you would like to try on before renting for 24 hours in the convenience of your home. Return your Try On item in the prepaid envelope on your specified Return Date to your nearest Canada Post office or pop it into your nearest Mail Box. The 'Try Me' option is $30 and always comes with a FREE Return label!
All dress rentals including 'Try On' are shipped with security tags attached (that can be removed once you decide to wear the dress) if the security tag is not attached it will be considered as 'worn' and will result in a full rental charge.
Please note: Try Me service is only available for clothing.
Try Me $30 service fee is non-refundable (as it includes the cost of shipping and return).
What sizes do you carry?
Depending on the style and brand, we currently we offer sizes from US 0-16, and XS - XL.
What if the clothing rental didn't suit me?
No biggie! Email us at email@example.com the day you receive your dress rental. We will send you a 'Return Request' slip. Ship the rental item back to us in the prepaid envelope within 24 hours (with security tags attached), and we will send you a different size or issue a full refund minus the shipping cost.
*Please note that if the security tag are removed - will be considered as 'worn' and will result in a full rental charge.
Does BGB have a physical shop for me to try clothes on?
No, as of right now - we are operating online only.
