Once your order has been processed / fulfilled, we will no longer accept changes to the order.
If your package has not been dispatched, we will gladly help you cancel / make changes to the order.

YES! We ship worldwide. However, customs may apply to your country which would be charged to you by your postal service upon arrival in your country.

Bettyglamboutique.com will send you a confirmation email when your payment is received. Once you have completed checkout, you may check the status of your order at any time. (Tracking information email may be in your Junk Mail folder)
We normally conduct quality check prior to packing and shipping out our products. However, if your product was received with manufacturing defects, you are entitled to request a product replacement within 14 days of receiving the item. If the case is deemed valid, BGB will cover related costs to deliver a replacement.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you immediately after you place an order. If you don't see the email, please check your trash folder and spam settings. Also, please make sure you have typed in your correct e-mail address. If you return an item and requested store credit, the gift certificate code will be sent to the e-mail address we have on file for you.
For your convenience, please avoid using credit (ie: Mastercard / Visa Gift Cards) gift cards for payments on our website in the event that we need to issue a refund. The refund can go back on your gift card, but if you've already thrown it away, assuming it was used up before then, the money will be irreversibly lost.
DO I PAY SALES TAX?
Sales tax are added to orders shipped to Canada.
The current rates are:
- 5% GST in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec, Saskatchewan, and Yukon
- 13% HST in Ontario
- 15% HST in New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island
