1. WHAT IS BETTY GLAM BOUTIQUE’S GENERAL RETURNS POLICY?
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a Store Credit to purchase another size or item (with the exception of *Special Occasion* items - see below for Special Occasion return policy) . We do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time
All returns must meet the requirements below:
- You return the item(s) within 14 days (inclusive) from the date of delivery.
- You display your original emailed invoice when you return the item.
- You return the item(s) in original, unworn and saleable condition with all original tags and labels attached and in any original packaging.
- All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, must not be worn, washed or altered, unaltered, no rips, stains, foul odors, free of stains, pet hair, floor debris, pin mark and in its original condition.
- Footwear should have no scuff marks on its outsole.
- All items would need to be purchased originally from our Betty Glam Boutique’s website.
- Shipping Fees and Custom Charges are non refundable
- Price adjustments will not be done for items with a reduced price.
- Bodysuits, Swimsuits, Undergarments, intimates accessories, hair accessories can NOT be returned
- When purchasing items as part of a Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotion, the promotional discount is based on the lowest priced item, then applied to each item proportionately. If you choose to return any of the items, your refund will be reduced to the discounted amount for each item.
1.1 Defective Items
We thoroughly inspect all garments prior to shipping. In the rare instance that the item is defective or damaged when you receive it, please contact us immediately at Hello@bettyglamboutique.com. We will replace it with the same item in the same size. Please note that garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty.
1.2 Please note, if none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for returns regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.1.3 Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item(s) returned is faulty or not as ordered.
1.4 Item(s) purchased on sale will only be exchanged for change of mind, unless the item(s) returned is faulty or not as ordered.
1.5 Please note that all returns are subjected to stock availability and while we endeavor to ship a replacement item(s) back to you, we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value or providing online store credits or any other methods at the discretion of Bettyglamboutique.com
2. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Within 24 hours of purchase- before the item has been shipped orders are subject to forfeit of 50% of the total amount.
3. REFUSED DELIVERIES
Refunds for the product cost and shipping cost are non-refundable for undelivered packages or refused deliveries. This includes shipments returned to BGB for non-existent addresses, marked undelivered by the shipping company or un-paid duty and tax assessed by your country’s customs & import office, or confiscated by your country’s customs & import office for lack of payment. Only orders that follow our Return & Exchange policy as outlined above will be eligible for a return or exchange.
4. HOW DO I RETURN THE ITEM(S)?
- To return an item (s) please email: Hello@bettyglamboutique.com with subject line "Returning Order #_____" to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- All item/s must be unworn and unaltered, and all original tags must be attached. Laundered, smoked in, stained, used and worn items will not be accepted.Returns will not be accepted if you do not first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from hello@bettyglamboutique.com. If shipping was complimentary at checkout, original freight/handling cost.
- Any returns which are received after 14 business days will be accessed a 10% penalty fee.
- Any returns without an RMA are subject to a penalty of 25% percent of the purchase amount.
- We do not accept returns after 14 business day
5. DO YOU DO EXCHANGES?
Online purchases are not eligible for exchanges - simply because we cannot guarantee that the particular item(s) / size(s) you wish to exchange will be in stock by the time you receive your returned parcel. Please follow the return instructions and then place a new order for an alternative item.
You can return the item back to us and we will issue a store-credit for you to use on any product on our website. We are always stocking new products so there are plenty to choose from. If your size is out of stock, you are welcome to email us and we can notify you once a product has been restocked - or we can recommend other items with similar styles.
6. *SPECIAL OCCASION* RETURNS
Special Occasion Gowns - (including Prom Dresses, Bridal Gowns, Bridesmaid Dresses, MOB Gowns, Evening Wear and Cocktail Gowns) can be returned within 14 days of delivery for STORE CREDIT ONLY minus 20% restocking fee- providing that the conditions from our general return policy are met (see point (1) above).
- Gowns not returned in original condition may be refused or subject to a $75 restocking fee.
- We would highly recommend using a courier service with tracking as BETTY GLAM BOUTIQUE is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Most returns will process in approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional processing delays may occur.
7. CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM(S)?
Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable.

9. HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM(S) TO THE ONLINE STORE?
Please contact us at Hello@bettyglamboutique.com letting us know what the issue with your order is and we can provide you with the return address. You must include your original emailed invoice and packing slip. We do not accept bank statements as proof of purchase.
9.1 You will need to include your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.
9.2 Kindly print and fill up the Return Request Form here and follow the steps indicated in the form for your exchange. Please insert Return Request Form in the returned parcel.
9.3 Mail us your parcel via a traceable mode of postage.
9.4 All returns and exchanges made via our online portal at Bettyglamboutique.com would need to be shipped to the RETURN ADDRESS - which will be provided to you once you contact us via email with subject
“Returning Order # _____”
10. DO YOU COVER RETURN POSTAGE COSTS?
Return postage costs are at the customers’ expense, unless the item(s) is faulty or not as ordered. We encourage you to return your parcel via prepaid registered/traceable Canada postal services. All returned parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Betty Glam Boutique.
11. HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?
You will receive email confirmation when Betty Glam Boutique receives and processes your return.
12. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
12.1 Please wait for our email confirmation and you will be notified once your online Store Credit Voucher is ready. Generally, the processing period is 3-5 working days upon receipt of your parcel.
12.2 All requests for returns will be refunded via online Store Credit Vouchers only. Your online Store Credit Voucher never expires and can be used for your next purchase online. It is strictly non refundable, non extendable, non exchangeable for cash and non exchangeable for boutique vouchers.
12.3 Online Store Credit Vouchers are to be used in a singular transaction and any excess amount not utilized, would not be refunded.
12.4 Online Store Credit Vouchers given will be at the buying price of the product as stated in the original invoice. No refunds will be given for delivery charges incurred in the original, returned and onward shipping charges of exchanged items.
12.4 No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges levied for overseas orders either for refunds or exchanged items.
13. DO YOU PRICE ADJUST?
If you purchase a regular priced item(s) from BGB and the item(s) is marked down to a sale price within 7 days (inclusive) you are eligible to receive a one-time store credit for the difference between the original purchase and the sale price. This store credit will be issued onto a store-credit for you to use immediately online - the store credit will never expire.Price adjustments are only permitted on:
- Item(s) returned in compliance with the Betty Glam Boutique Return Policy and Conditions.
- Regular priced items
- Regular priced items that are the exact style code, colour and size as it appears on the Betty Glam Boutique invoice.
- Regular priced items that are marked down to a sale price in Betty Glam Boutique website.
- Item(s) where there has been an advertising error or misprint
- Item(s) in selected promotions (where stated in the terms and conditions)
- Item(s) subject to special sale prices and/or offers (e.g. Black Friday promotions, Boxing Day promotions)
14. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
14.1 All items that are returned, can only be made once.
14.2 We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return are of the same item(s) as a previous order
14.3 Our returns policy do not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.
14.4 BGB makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose
14.5 Such returns are at all times governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of Singapore
14.6 All decisions made by Bettyglamboutique.com is final
